BIM Experiential Manager is one of the BIM profiles of sustainability competencies. Usually acting as a consultant to the team in the early design phase for the asset operation, reviews, advises and intervenes throughout the early design phases, as well as takes control of the experiential exploitation of the model during the operations phase .
